1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the "Bricky" mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

2. Nature of Service

The App provides an analytical dashboard to track property portfolios. The "Estimated Market Value" is generated by an automated algorithm based on historical transaction data from public registries (e.g., DLD). The App does not provide official property valuation services under RERA or DLD regulations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information regarding your property ownership or interests.

4. Intellectual Property

The App interface, algorithm, and data visualizations are the exclusive property of GIPERBOLA LABS LTD.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to the App for any user who violates these terms or attempts to scrape data from the App for commercial use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates.
