By accessing or using the Bricky mobile application (the“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Nature of Service
The App provides an analytical dashboard designed to help users track and monitor property portfolios.
Any Estimated Market Value displayed in the App is generated by an automated algorithm based on historical transaction data from publicly available sources (including, but not limited to, Dubai Land Department (DLD) records). These estimates are provided for informational purposes only.
The App does not provide official property valuation services and is not licensed or regulated under RERA or DLD regulations. The information provided in the App does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your property ownership or interests and to keep such information up to date.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its interface, algorithms, software, trademarks, and data visualizations, are the exclusive property of GIPERBOLA LABS LTD or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unauthorized data extraction, scraping, or commercial exploitation of the App’s content.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on any information provided within the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
